International Orders

Skunktek offers international shipping to select countries. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import regulations, and local laws that vary by destination.

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• Hemp seeds sold by Skunktek are offered strictly as souvenirs and collectibles
• Seeds are not intended for cultivation
• All hemp seeds contain less than 0.3% THC
• The customer is responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws and import regulations

Customs and Import Responsibility

Once an international order leaves the United States, Skunktek has no control over customs processing in the destination country.

International shipments may be delayed, inspected, or seized by customs authorities for reasons outside of our control, including but not limited to local plant health regulations or import documentation requirements.

Skunktek is not responsible for customs delays, seizures, destruction of goods, or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

Seizures and Undeliverable Packages

If an international package is seized, refused, or destroyed by customs, it is considered undeliverable.

In these cases:
• Refunds are not guaranteed
• Replacement shipments may be offered at the customer’s risk
• Store credit may be offered at Skunktek’s discretion

Skunktek cannot provide refunds for orders that are seized or destroyed by customs.

Shipping Methods

Skunktek ships international orders using USPS and affiliated postal partners. Once a package is transferred to the destination country’s postal system, tracking updates may be limited or delayed.

By completing an international checkout, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this International Shipping Policy.
